Branding and Communications agency Curious has created a new brand strategy for recruitment agency Pascoe + Tew

27th June, London, UK: Pascoe + Tew, the recruitment agency with a psychology methodology focus, has been working with creative branding and communications agency Curious, to refresh its brand and stand out in the world of Executive Search. Curious has worked with the agency to develop its brand strategy and identity with creative assets that will be used across all media channels, advertising and social media.

Curious aimed to bring to life Pascoe + Tew’s core purpose, in humanising the process of Executive Search. In a stripped back format, Curious created a series of clean photography with tongue in cheek illustrations to remove the complexity and corporate language in the recruitment world. The creative showcases Pascoe + Tew’s personality, as well as its ethos of “doing things differently”, lending it to stand out from traditional recruitment companies.

Pascoe + Tew use technology to drive traditional methods of recruitment. The agency prioritises human connection to create perfect matches for their clients, and has a 100% success rate. Its Humanology approach – a blend of psychology and technology – first creates connections with each individual, then uses technology to drive talent forward.

Alistair Pascoe, Managing Director at Pascoe + Tew said: “The whole Curious team are extremely good at what they do and take great pride in every output. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a brand partner and look forward to continuing the partnership as we evolve over the years to come.”

Nikki Cunningham, Managing Director at Curious said: “Creating connections and forming relationships is at the heart of Pascoe + Tew, and we’re proud to help drive this narrative. Being able to produce such a creative brand in an unsuspecting category is a testament to our own relationship with the company, and we’re excited to continue our work with them”
