Luxury Retreats are a gift to ourselves
Luxury retreats are a gift to ourselves that we don’t know we need until we have experienced the magical transformation they offer. Taking time to retreat is required to focus on immersive personal growth away from the distractions of day-to-day life and the never-ending to-do list! Undistracted time for reflection, self-preservation, and stepping back to work on an area of personal growth that is meaningful to you is a powerful act of investing in yourself.
Retreats have become an increasingly popular way to travel, with diverse specialisms meaning that there is something on offer for everyone, from yoga and fitness to healing and spirituality to business and leadership. The retreats I run are female empowerment oriented, working on emotional healing and personal growth. Most clients I work with as a certified Love Coach come with past wounds and negative subconscious beliefs. These need awareness, healing, and integration, which enables them to step into their next chapter and evolve.
These spaces are sacred and safe for profound healing and transformation. They are personal. What happens on a retreat stays on a retreat!
Luxury retreats are about having everything taken care of for you, so your only requirement is to show up body, mind, and spirit. Luxury retreats offer paradise locations, breathtaking accommodations, tours, and experiences by the best on offer, delicious private chef dining and inclusive one-to-one coaching for that personal touch, ensuring that you get exactly what you need.
I run luxury retreats because my mission is to empower women to heal, love themselves and embody deep worthiness. I give them the best just as they deserve.
There are three key areas to consider when choosing your next retreat.
Location- this depends on how long you have available for a retreat. I usually break this down into three categories: a weekend, four days or a week. For a weekend, stay local; a long weekend of four days opens up the option to travel somewhere warm, circa a four-hour flight, and a week-long flight would be anywhere in the world. Would you want to stay local in the same country and fly a shorter or longer distance? Once you know the options, consider the surroundings, countryside, poolside, and beach. Also, consider whether you have a bucket list destination or activity you wish to do and look at what is available there. I run my bespoke niche luxury retreat in Aruba, where people often travel as a once-in-a-lifetime venture in paradise.
Choose your flavour- what do you most want to work on right now? Retreats are an investment, and you want a return on your investment. Therefore, thinking about what you want to work on and your intention is essential.
The Retreat leader- consider who the retreat leader is. Do you trust them? Do you connect with their energy? If you need clarification on the leader, contact them before booking. You can get a feel for the person from their communication with you and then trust your intuition. Be bold and ask lots of questions; this is your experience and needs to feel right.
A retreat is always an opportunity for self-discovery, learning something new, and making new friends. The most beautiful part of a retreat is the group’s connection and like-mindedness, the collective view that we are all here with similar pain points and a desire to improve. I have always found that so magical. The connection starts automatically at a more meaningful level. Leap and be open to the magic.
People are often hesitant about booking retreats because they are nervous about unplugging, embarking on a journey of self-discovery, or fearing the unknown, but ironically, retreat guests usually wish they had taken the leap a lot sooner and always leave thinking about their next retreat.
Retreats allow for a safe space to connect with the self and other like-minded souls with similar pain points and desires. This connection of like-mindedness is so beautiful and the powerful glue that often keeps our momentum intact long after the retreat comes to a close, not to mention lifelong friendships.
My luxury retreats offer profound transformation and lifelong memories. We indeed can have it all, and let’s face it, who doesn’t want to live their best life?
