What is Biohacking?
Biohacking is the exercise of making small, incremental changes in your lifestyle to make long term improvements in your health and wellbeing. It is the crossroads of technology, wellness and science.

The main thing that separates the biohacker from the rest of the self improvement world is a systems-thinking approach to our own biology” .He continues “If we want better outputs – to have more energy and focus, to have a better memory, to perform optimally in business and athletics – then let’s tweak the things we put into our body and mind to stack the deck in our favour”.
Tony Robbins has publicly talked about the effect of biohacking using Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy to boost his recovery period across all areas of his body – circulation, skin, muscles etc.
What treatments aid in Biohacking?
