Whether it was Love Island or new Channel 5 series Hot Tub Brits, millions of us tuned in last night and hot tubs took centre stage.
Indeed, one of the pandemic’s must-have items, hot tub sales have soared in the last 18 months with no signs of slowing but with good quality hot tubs costing thousands of pounds, they might not be for all.
Luckily for residents of The Robinson, Quintain Living’s latest homes to rent at Wembley Park, access to the hottest outdoor accessory is available right on their doorstep – actually, their roof terrace!
The Robinson is packed to the rafters with exciting and quirky features including the custom-made camper van turned spa caravan complete with hot tub.
Bold and alternative, the 458 homes spread across The Robinson’s three buildings are complemented by a range of outstanding social spaces. The design takes inspiration from both British and US popular culture, with nods to different influences.
The spacious roof terrace boasts London’s longest stretch of sun loungers and brightly coloured work-from-home caravans, all with 360° views that take in the City and the iconic Wembley Stadium arch. The Robinson is also home to an entire floor of resident lounges, including a split-level courtyard with 7m long slide, dining room and work pods. The whole floor has been designed to offer the ideal blended atmosphere for working from home and chilling out.
Apartments at The Robinson feature Samsung appliances and a hand-picked furniture collection courtesy of Quintain Living’s expert interior designers. The living space design is simple and classic, with bright colours used to spice things up. Bathrooms are stylish, with a monochrome, Yin and Yang design. Apartment ceilings are exposed concrete with galvanised piping for a raw feel. Lighting comes in coloured metal or bamboo.
Furnished studio apartments start from £1755 per month.
