Experiential luxury across all industries has been fuelled by the global pandemic, across the board  event companies are seeing a rise in people asking for experiences that are more than the normal. Consumers wants and needs have dramatically shifted in the last 2 years – people are more conscious about where they are spending their time and money, investing in brands they trust and that are bringing something different to the table.

With statistics showing that 78% of millennials prefer to spend money on experiences over material goods, it’s clear that our shopping habits are changing. Everyone is embracing the now and looking for ways to connect on a human level with a huge rise in people attending events.

The brainchild of Ivan Carić, Alexis Kennedy and Lottie Bevan, The Locksmith’s Dream is launching with its first event in December 2022. The Locksmith’s Dream brings the mysterious, occult, all-encompassing experience found in Cultist Simulator into the real life. With a rise in people looking for more bespoke experiential luxury experiences, The Locksmith’s Dream is launching with this in mind; a luxury, overnight scavenger hunt for an exclusive guest list: The Locksmith’s Dream brings to life a new experiential event.

Co-founder, Ivan Carić says “I wanted to capture that spark of joy you get when you make a connection. To create experiences that delight and defy easy categorisation. The Locksmith’s Dream isn’t quite Punchdrunk theatre, murder mystery, or escape room, but a curated experience as a guest in a historic house full of intrigue and delights.”

Set in the occult 1920’s, The Locksmith’s Dream invites guests to step into a magnificent 17th century house in the Monmouthshire countryside. A mysterious setting which allows guests to explore their own curiosity and moments of joyous realisation when solving intriguing puzzles.

The Locksmith’s Dream is about mystery, that moment of gratifying connection when you link two seemingly miscellaneous objects or experiences leading you to find another thought-provoking moment. The Locksmith’s Dream is created to craft an atmosphere of intrigue, allowing guests to explore, play and examine each and every element of their experience. The Locksmith’s Dream, blends each moment so guests are unsure if they are in the real world or the dream world. Every element is linked, from the location, to the books on the shelves of the library, to each of the members of staff – every element adds to the experience.
